CLASS TIMES, START DATES & LOCATIONS

 

Mondays - start date 9/13/2022

North Salem Volunteer Ambulance Corps - 14 Daniel Rd., North Salem, NY 10560

- Class 1: Beginners - 4:30-5:15pm

- Class 2: Advanced Beginner/Novice - 5:30-6:30pm

- Class 3: Prize winner/Preliminary/Open - 6:30-8:30pm

 

**If you are on Daniel Rd waiting for drop off/pick-up or are parked and waiting in your car during class, the NS Police Department has asked that you stay as close to the side of the road, with at least one set of tires on the grass**



Wednesdays - start date 9/8/2022

Vails Pavilion - 5 Vail Blvd., Brewster, NY 10509

- Class 3: Prize winner/Preliminary/Open - 6:00-8:00pm

 

Thursdays - start date 9/9/2022

Greenville Community Church - 270 Ardsley Rd., Scarsdale, NY 10583

- Class 1: Beginners - 5:00-5:30pm

- Class 2/3: Novice/Prize winner/Preliminary/Open - 5:30-7:00pm

 

 

 

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL CLASSES:

 

COVID-19 Guidelines / Precautions / Masks:

- We will continue to monitor and adjust our protocols as necessary.

 

DROP OFF/PICK UP:

- No parents are allowed into the classes unless we ask you to enter for a reason. We will meet parents at the door during drop off and pick up.

- If you are late for drop off or pick up, please text us and let us know. We will meet you at the door to receive or dismiss the dancer as soon as we can.  Please note, you may have to wait for the pick-up/drop off due to us teaching the class.

- If you need to talk with us, please email us and we will set up a time.

 

CALENDAR:

- The calendar is updated through the end of the year (6/23).

- Please check regularly as all changes (cancelled classes or schedule changes) will be updated on the calendar

 

SCHOOL APPAREL:

- We have added a tab on the school website for anyone one that wants to order school apparel from Squadlocker. The store is open 24/7.  From time to time, Squadlocker will remove items that are out of stock, or that they no longer carry. If you see something you like but don't order it, it may be gone the next time you go to order it.   

- Please have the dancers wear school apparel to class

 

FALL REGISTRATION:  

Here are the steps to register and where to find information regarding tuition and general information.

 

Go to: www.osullivanirishdancing.com

- Click on Registration tab

- Scroll down to Click to Register and click on it.  

- Fill in all the fields listed.

- At the bottom of the Registration page there are two boxes with a link underneath each one.

(*Please note: This is set up to open in a new window so please ensure your computer doesn't block to the new window opening).

 

- First Box is to initial that you read the Release of Liability (ROL).

- The link to read the ROL is under the box and underlined at the end of sentence`.

 

- Second Box is to initial that you read the Rules and General Info.

- The link to read the Rules and General Info is under the box and underlined at the end of sentence.

- All TUITION info can be found in the Rules and General Info link.

 

- You must also indicate 'Yes/No' from the drop-down menu if you give us permission to post pictures of your child to our various social media pages (Instagram, Facebook and Twitter).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

TUITION:

Tuition listed below is per dancer.

Tuition is due the first week of each Semester.

If you decide to withdraw/transfer from the school, you must notify the teacher in writing/e-mail or you will be charged tuition for that semester. Please Note: Written notification must be received within 3wks of the start of the semester in order to refund HALF of the tuition. After the 3rd week of the semester NO refund will be given.

 

Yearly Family Registration:

 

Classes:

- One Solo Class Per Week:

- Class 1 - $325/semester

- Class 2 - $400/semester

Class 3 - $450/semester

 

- Multiple Solo Classes Per Week:

- Class 1 - N/A

- Class 2 - $595/semester

- Class 3 - $750/semester

 

- Teams Classes:

Will notify parents when teams are determined, based on the MARO 2022 syllabus, and team class tuition is due

- $275/dancer per semester regardless of class level.

PAYMENTS:

We prefer that you pay by Zelle, check or cash.
